How long are lean kitchen meals good for? How long will my meals last for? From the day of delivery, we would recommend that your meals will last 4-5 days. The majority of our meals are also suitable for home freezing if you wish to do so. Please ensure that you freeze your meals on the delivery day.
How can I make a healthy dinner? Vegetables and fruits are full of nutrients and may help to promote good health. Choose red, orange, and dark- green vegetables such as tomatoes, sweet potatoes, and broccoli. Choose protein foods, such as lean beef and pork, or chicken, turkey, beans, or tofu. Twice a week, make seafood the protein on your plate.
